Approach
I draw from relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed traditions, with a steady curiosity about the parts of your life that don't fit neatly anywhere.
The relationship between us is the primary instrument. We pay attention to what happens between us, because so much of what hurt you happened in relationship — and so much of what heals will too.
I won't push you toward catharsis. We work with your nervous system, not against it. Sometimes the bravest session is the slow one.
I bring what fits — parts work, somatic awareness, narrative reframing, attachment repair — and I'm honest about why we're using it.
You're allowed to bring spirituality, doubt, art, grief, the books you're reading, the garden you're keeping. All of it is data. All of it is welcome.
Not every therapist is right for every person. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so — and I'll help you find someone who is.
